Data Deletion

You can delete your Vocake account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it — including data obtained via Instagram or Google login.
Creators (web portal)
Sign in at vocake.khonnect.io/celebrity, then contact us at hello@khonnect.io from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your profile, voice samples, AI voice clone, signature phrases, connected SNS data (Instagram/TikTok/X metrics), and revenue records not legally required to be retained — within 30 days.
Fans (iOS app)
Open the Vocake app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes your account, alarms, subscriptions, personalization profile, and generated audio. App Store subscriptions are cancelled separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Instagram-connected data
If you signed in or connected via Instagram, we store your Instagram user ID, username, profile info, and metrics (followers, media insights). Disconnecting Instagram in your creator profile removes the connection and stops collection; a full account deletion request removes all stored Instagram-derived data. You can also revoke Vocake's access anytime in Instagram → Settings → Website permissions.
What we retain
We may retain records required by law (e.g., tax/settlement records for paid subscriptions) for the legally mandated period. Everything else is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
