Creator Guidelines

These guidelines apply to everyone who publishes a creator profile, voice samples, or alarm content on Vocake. They exist to keep the service safe for fans and fair for creators.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding agreement. You must apply with an account you personally control and pass our profile review before your page becomes visible to fans.
Your voice, your rights
You may only upload voice recordings of your own voice, or a voice you hold explicit written rights to use commercially. Impersonating another person — including other celebrities, public figures, or fictional characters you don't have rights to — is strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal.
Content standards
Alarm messages and voice samples must not contain hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, the promotion of self-harm, illegal activity, or misleading health/financial claims. Content should be suitable for a general audience waking up in the morning.
AI voice cloning consent
If you enable AI-generated alarms, you explicitly consent to Vocake creating a synthetic clone of your voice from your uploaded samples. The clone is used only to generate alarm content for subscribers you approve. You may revoke consent and delete the clone at any time from your dashboard, which stops all future generation.
Revenue share
Creators earn a share of the subscription revenue attributed to them. The share depends on your content tier (Standard for AI-generated content, Premium for personally recorded content) as shown in your dashboard and the Terms of Service. Payouts require completed KYC verification.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these guidelines, receive verified rights-holder complaints, or attempt to manipulate subscriptions or referrals. Where possible we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue; severe violations (impersonation, illegal content) result in immediate removal.
