Khonnect ('we', 'us') provides a voice-alarm service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Information we collect
Account info (email, name from Google), voice samples you upload, feedback on messages, interests you set, alarm schedules, device tokens for push notifications, and log-level telemetry (IP, user-agent, timestamps).
How we use it
To generate personalized alarm messages (via large-language models and text-to-speech), deliver push notifications, improve recommendations from your feedback, and keep the service running and secure.
Third parties
We use OpenAI/Anthropic for language model generation, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Amazon Web Services for storage, Apple Push Notification service for alerts, and Google OAuth for authentication. Data shared with these processors is limited to what's necessary for the function. Voice samples are not used to train third-party models without consent.
Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Voice samples and generated audio are retained while your account is active. Delete requests are honored within 30 days.
Your rights

Children
The service is intended for users 13 and older (16 in regions where required).
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our providers operate. We use standard contractual clauses where required.
