Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Khonnect ('the Service'). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't own. Don't impersonate others. Don't use the Service for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Voice samples & creator content
By uploading voice samples, you grant Khonnect a non-exclusive license to synthesize new audio from those samples and deliver them to subscribers you approve. You retain ownership of your voice. You may delete samples and your generated audio at any time, which will stop future generation.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Billing, renewals, refunds, and price changes follow the terms of those services. Khonnect does not process card payments directly.
Creator earnings and payouts
Creators receive a portion of the subscription revenue attributed to them. After the app store fee (Apple/Google, typically 15-30%) and the platform fee of 30%, the remainder is paid to the creator (currently 70%). Payouts are made by bank transfer on a monthly basis once the minimum threshold is met. Creators marked as 'virtual' are platform-owned and do not receive a creator share. Terms may change with notice.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless local law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product at least 14 days in advance.
